This position will be based at our Salt Lake City, Utah facility. This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing test and debug operations on a variety of LRU (Line Replaceable Units), circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and components. This role will report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is responsible for successfully testing and debugging L3 products for delivery or repair.\nEssential Functions:\nPerform electronic testing, both manual and automated, in a production environment\nPerform electrical troubleshooting and fault isolation in a production environment\nAssist Test Engineering on trends, root causes and corrective actions\nOperates related test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)\nParticipate in process improvement activities in both test and manufacturing\nAdherence to L3Harris policies and procedures, including but not limited to, calibration of equipment, ESD (electrostatic discharge), FOD (foreign object debris/damage) and general housekeeping.\nWorks under limited supervision \nOther responsibilities as assigned by Management\nRequired Qualifications (one of the following):\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience \n2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nSupport OT (nights, weekends, extended hours) as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs \nExperience in prototype and first time build processes \nStrong Electro-mechanical equipment maintenance experience\nMust be able to read and follow shematics to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with L3Harris products and test support equipment\nMust be able to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance.\nAble to lift up to 32 lbs. independently \nExperience with SAP, SAPME, TeamCenter enterprise resource planning and lifecycle management software \n+4 years of experience preferred in RF and digital signals.\n+4 years of experience with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power
