All teams operate within an Earned Value Management System (EVMS), providing accurate, timely, and complete information to our customers. We are seeking a proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can partner effectively with Program Management, Engineering, and other key stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the resourcefulness needed to solve problems and drive efficiency. This role also offers opportunities to grow leadership capabilities as a key business partner.\nEssential Functions:\nDevelop time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, ensure Earned Value (EV) compliance, and support cost and schedule integration\nMonitor the financial performance of assigned programs, provide early identification of potential issues, and recommend solutions\nSupport budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, risk management, and internal/external reporting\nDevelop quarterly EACs and assist with accurate preparation of ETC, EAC, and forecast projections\nCreate and maintain program charge numbers\nAnalyze labor and non-labor actuals to ensure accuracy, proper charging, and alignment to budget\nSupport workforce planning, forecasting, and reporting activities\nExtract and reconcile accounting data\nGenerate reports, financial analyses, graphs, and other program financial artifacts, including deliverables for customers\nPrepare and deliver program financial briefings under general supervision\nProvide PMO and CAMs with insights on cost and schedule performance\nCommunicate across the organization to explain, recommend, and influence process changes\nRecommend and support implementation of process improvement initiatives\nPerform ad-hoc financial analyses, data integrity reviews, and validations\nApply working knowledge of FAR, CAS, and GAAP\nAbility to obtain a US Security Clearance.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant financial analysis experience. Graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
