We are scaling strategically with speed and precision, making this an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering for our customers.\nEssential Functions:\nSupport the development of “greenfield” facility layouts with optimized product flow\nAnalyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality\nEvaluate production flow, facility layout, labor utilization, and material movement to optimize operations\nSupport capacity planning, line balancing, and production scheduling to meet business and customer requirements\nMonitor and report key manufacturing performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities\nConduct time studies, productivity assessments, and workflow analysis\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis tools\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve operational performance\nSupport introduction of new products, equipment, and manufacturing processes into production\nEnsure all work is performed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements\nProvide on-floor manufacturing support and recommend solutions to complex production challenges\nAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
