This role is responsible for executing physical and administrative activities related to the receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in inventory processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting production and operational needs.\nEssential Functions:\nReceive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and finished goods in accordance with established procedures.\nMaintain a minimum of 95% inventory accuracy through diligent tracking, reconciliation, and auditing.\nPerform daily Costpoint system transactions to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.\nPrepare and kit materials for delivery to the production floor, supporting workflow efficiency and on-time manufacturing.\nSafely lift and handle heavy items as required; operate material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) upon completion of internal certification.\nWork under limited supervision while applying sound judgment to moderately complex assignments.\nServe as a resource to peers by sharing expertise and assisting with problem-solving in routine inventory-related situations.\nCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments to obtain or provide information, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on inventory requirements.\nFollow established processes, procedures, and safety protocols; identify and resolve straightforward problems through established solutions.\nAbility to obtain internal certification for use of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).\nAttention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.\nMust be able to lift up to 32 pounds.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to work 2nd Shift - from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm (Monday through Friday).\nQualifications:\nDemonstrated knowledge of material handling procedures, inventory control practices, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.\nRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.\nValid driver’s license.\nAt least 1 year of warehouse experience.\nAt least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Suite products, including Excel and Word.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nKnowledge of industry-specific standards and practices.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $36,920 - $58,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
