The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products are accurately packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production and distribution processes.\nEssential Functions:\nResponsible for accurate packing, labeling, and preparation of OEM products for shipment.\nEnsures all products meet company standards and customer requirements.\nPlays a key role in maintaining production and distribution quality and efficiency.\nStrong internal customer focus and communication skills, exhibits strong teamwork and collaboration.\nAccurately pack OEM products into designated packaging materials.\nEnsure correct labeling with all required shipping and handling information.\nVerify items meet quality standards before packing.\nInspect products for defects or discrepancies.\nReport any quality issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area to ensure product integrity\nQualifications:\n·High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nKnowledge of order processing to support revenue shipments\nProficient computer skills, including experience using Oracle EBS, Agile, and Microsoft Office programs.\nMultitasking ability to work concurrently between multiple software programs.\nKnowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.\nAbility to stand for majority of shift (shifts are 10 hours)\nCapable of bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.\nFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.\nSuggest and implement improvements to packing processes.\nParticipate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is$18.27- $34.13.
