This position is responsible for monitoring and processing shipment orders, receiving and processing purchase orders, tagging and logging new hardware assets, handling field return assets, coordinating vendor RMAs for repair, and monitoring warehouse inventory levels to ensure material availability and accurate records.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple inventory transactions while maintaining accuracy in warehouse and database systems.\nEssential Functions:\nMonitor and process orders for shipment in support of ADS-B program requirements.\nReceive and process purchase orders and incoming hardware/materials.\nAsset tag new hardware and enter required information into inventory or asset management databases.\nReceive, inspect, and process field return assets in accordance with established procedures.\nInitiate and process return material authorizations with vendors for repair or replacement of returned hardware.\nMonitor warehouse inventory levels and support replenishment activities as needed.\nMaintain accurate records of inventory transactions, asset movements, returns, and shipments.\nCoordinate with program, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure timely material support.\nVerify received materials against documentation and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.\nAbility to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust Clearance is required prior to starting on day 1.\nQualifications:\nRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 4 years of prior related experience.\nRequires the ability to obtain and maintain an FAA Public Trust Clearance.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExperience supporting aerospace, defense, electronics, or technical hardware programs.\nFamiliarity with asset tagging and serialized inventory tracking.\nExperience processing return material authorizations, various equipment returns, and vendor repair
