Manages the processing of material from Ready for Stores (RFS) status and return material to ensure they are physically and electronically moved in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) database to a valid warehouse location. Pulls material for Manufacturing Orders, Additional Material Requests (AMRs), and Scrap Replacement Requests. Manages the issue of material in accordance with First-In/First-Out (FIFO) methodology. Responds to Kanban Card system for additional material needed for production. Additionally, the incumbent may be required to flex across additional logistics activities as needed.\nEssential Functions:\nDemonstrate basic Microsoft and computer knowledge.\nPerform transactions in our Warehouse Management System to ensure overall inventory accuracy.\nMove, transport, position, install or remove material throughout the warehouse.\nRespond to Kanban card system request for additional material.\nPerform Cycle Counts of Stock on Hand by physical count or with a scale.\nOperate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) around Warehouse.\nMaintain the 6S and cleanliness of the Storeroom.\nComply with procedures and policies.\nPerform tasks that ascends and descends a ladder or lift machine. \nFrequently performs material-handling tasks and positioning self to move, transport, install or remove items weighing up to 50 pounds. \nNo travel required, occasional overtime.\nAbility to learn the WMS system (Costpoint/Cognos) and process transactions electronically and physically to ensure overall inventory accuracy.\nAbility to qualify as an ATF Responsible Person.\nIncumbent to successfully complete Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) training and qualify on the equipment (WAVE) within 45 days of on-the-job training.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nProficient in MS Office applications Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nStrong accurate counting ability, attention to detail, flexibility to changing priorities, strong customer focus, and mid-level problem solving ability skills.\nPrior experience with Warehouse Management Systems, specifically Costpoint is preferred\nPrior warehousing or inventory experience and PIV training are preferred but not
