As an individual contributor, this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight in a dynamic environment.\nEssential Functions:\nSpace Planning & Facilities Strategy:\nPartner with Mission Networks Leadership and Space & Mission Systems Segment /Corporate Space Planning to advocate for Mission Networks’ space requirements across all sites\nServe as the primary liaison between departments to identify and allocate space within the Mission Networks footprint - including personnel areas, labs, and data center environments\nAct as landlord for Brevard-based Mission Networks buildings, overseeing facility operations and tenant needs\nProperty, Lab, & Asset Management:\nCollaborate with engineering teams to maintain and uphold technical standards in laboratories, computer equipment rooms, and data center spaces\nProactively identify gaps in technical standards and lead initiatives to address and resolve them\nManage all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) within labs and serve as Mission Networks’ property lead during government audits\nCapital Management:\nManage the Mission Networks Sector Facilities capital projects, ensuring projects are tracked, prioritized, and executed in alignment with Sector and Segment objectives\nMonitor capital project timelines, budgets, and milestones, escalating risks and issues as appropriate\nSupport development and submission of authorization packages for Mission Networks capital projects\nFacilities Operations Support:\nServe as the primary point of contact for Facilities needs and coordination across Mission Networks locations\nIdentify and escalate Facilities-related risks, compliance issues, and operational concerns\nCoordinate with site-level resources as needed\nSupport development and monitoring of KPIs related to Mission Networks Facilities performance\nOther Duties:\nPartner with Mission Networks Leadership and Space & Mission Systems Segment Real Estate to support Real Estate optimization initiatives including lease analyses and long-term facility planning\nMaintain current and accurate knowledge of all Mission Networks facility locations, lease terms, and space utilization\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
