The role is responsible for developing and executing test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements; identifying and tracking defects through resolution; analyzing test results and root causes; and collaborating with Systems, Software, and senior I&T engineers to support validation and verification efforts.\nEssential Functions:\nExecute and assist in developing detailed test plans, procedures and cases based on system requirements.\nLead a small team of Integration and Test engineers.\nFocal point for Integration and Test efforts within the program.\nIdentify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects through resolution.\nPerform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance/functionality meets the high standards required for L3Harris operations.\nCommunicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify L3Harris engineering processes.\nCollaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers and senior Integration & Test Engineers to identify system requirements for Validation & Verification, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.\nParticipate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology and potential problems.\nAnalyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development and test teams.\nAssist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML.\nHelp drive the program efforts in the creation and maintenance of the Test Automation suite.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with 7 years of prior related experience.
