Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.\nMinimum of 9 years of experience in SAP Quality, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.\nStrong knowledge of the SAP Quality workstream and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nStrong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.\nExpertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration.\nStrong technical background in business operations - tools and processes.\nExperience working within ERP applications including MRO.\nExposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is US$129,500.00 MIN - US$229,500.00 MAX. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Ohio, and Vermont is US$115,500.00 MIN - US$205,500.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
