The OPM acts as the point of contact between Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management. They ensure cost and schedule conformance on assigned projects by coordinating the procurement, build, and test of complex electronic systems. A successful candidate should be able to:\nHandle stressful situations with maturity, respect, and confidence\nDemonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills\nBe a self-starter with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions to complex problems\nDemonstrate attention to detail with strong organizational skills\nExcel in a team environment with the ability to avoid and resolve conflict\nDemonstrate strong analytical skills\nExcel in high-stress/high-visibility environments, including public speaking and creating formal presentations\nEssential Functions:\nStrong understanding of production budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) to analyze, manage, and report on budget performance, including variance analysis, cost and schedule efficiency (CPI/SPI), forecasting (EAC/ETC), and stakeholder communication\nAccurately estimate sales forecasts for labor and material\nCoordinate with Master Schedulers and Master Planners to develop baseline production plans\nPerform lead-time and critical path analysis on multi-level hardware builds\nIdentify and coordinate resources necessary for production efforts\nInterface and communicate with all levels of the organization\nRequired Qualifications (one of the following):\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.\nGraduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.\nIn lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nRelated experience in manufacturing, production, or other highly schedule-based environments\nDemonstrated ability in financial or data analysis and monitoring\nDemonstrated ability in
