The candidate will be responsible for the execution of program finance processes and deliverables inclusive of budgeting, EVMS, CDRL preparation, internal financial metrics reporting, and partnership with program management.\nEssential Functions:\nWork to achieve program operational targets to impact overall division results\nCommunicate with program management and cross-functional teammates to explain and interpret information\nSupport the development and maintenance of program IMS and budget\nLead program financial processes: EVMS, CDRL preparation, and financial forecasting\nPrepare weekly/monthly program financial reports\nAnalyze program cost and billing details\nResponsible for advising program management and cross-functional teammates on adherence to Finance policies, procedures, and adoption of best practices\nUltimate ownership of the team’s execution of program finance deliverables; inclusive of EVMS, CDRL’s, ERP system management, financial forecasting, and process improvement objectives\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nSpecific experience with PeopleSoft, Hyperion and Cobra is a plus\nTop Secret SCI security clearance or able to obtain upon hire\nAbility to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in an inclusive environment\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nAttention to detail and ability to recognize trends that present financial risks or opportunities\nStrong Proficiency in Earned Value Management, EVMS certification is a plus\nExperience with creating financial forecasts\nProficiency with a financial ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion, or SAP\nExpertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $91,500 - $170,500.
