Apply today and become a key player in driving innovation and excellence at L3Harris!\nEssential Functions\nMonitor and control project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.\nManage performance in key areas including technical scope, schedule, and cost.\nAdminister program budgets, approve variances in monthly performance, and generate comprehensive spend plans, payment forecasts, and variance reports.\nProvide financial and programmatic reporting guidance across program resources, ensuring compliance with internal policies and basic earned value management (EVM) principles.\nManage program-level changes and lead proposal development efforts for engineering change proposals (ECPs) or other contractual updates.\nDevelop and implement risk management plans, manage project changes, and ensure proper documentation.\nAchieve L3Harris and Customer objectives, including on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and cost efficiency.\nCollaborate with technical and functional leads to gather progress status and prepare for recurring customer reviews.\nAbility to travel approximately 15% to domestic locations.\nProficient in the Microsoft Suite of Products.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
