As a Lead, Program Scheduler, you will interface with all elements of the program team to develop and support regular maintenance of the program integrated master schedule (IMS). This individual will ensure major projects and program schedules are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.\nEssential Functions:\nResponsible for the end-to-end life cycle of planning and schedule management.\nServe as the point of contact for internal and external customer communication and status.\nResponsible for oversight of performance to program budgets and communicating necessary adjustments to responsible Cost Account Managers.\nDevelop integrated master schedules using SOW and WBS.\nPerforms time-phased analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments to assure the capability of the program to meet their commitments.\nResolve schedule conflicts, develop and implement work-around strategies and tactical alternatives.\nPerform regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate program and enterprise-wide resource needs through the integration of all program schedules.\nTravel up to 25%.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant program scheduler experience; or a Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related program scheduler experience; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related program scheduler experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExperience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any Supporting Schedules on assigned projects/programs.\nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost or Schedule Integration.\nExperience in maintaining schedules across product life cycle, including critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.\nExperience in MS Project and Milestones Professional.\nKnowledge of engineering processes, principles, and practices;
