The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, collaboration skills, and risk management discipline to successfully deliver program objectives in a dynamic environment.\nEssential Functions:\nProject Implementation: Manage the cost, schedule, and technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects within program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer.\nFull Lifecycle Support: Provide full lifecycle Project Engineering support for a range of deployment and integration efforts.\nLeadership and Management: Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within allocated cost and schedule commitments.\nStrategic Direction: Manage large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance, working under consultative direction against annual goals.\nCommunication: Influence leadership to accept new practices, approaches, and concepts both within and outside the organization.\nInnovation: Develop or champion new systems, concepts, or technologies, recommending tactics and strategies that impact overall business or functional results.\nStatus Reporting: Review the status of engineering projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.\nIssue Resolution: Assess and develop resolutions for engineering issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals.\nRisk Management: Identify, track, mitigate, manage, and disposition program-level risks.\nResource Estimation: Estimate resource and material needs for the project/product.\nCoordination: Provide coordination between resource managers/supervisors, ensuring all necessary reviews and approvals are received.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
