You will translate mission and system requirements into simulation architectures, develop and evaluate radar algorithms, and use modeling and analysis to guide design decisions, optimize performance, and reduce technical risk. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, including establishing technical roadmaps, leading design reviews, mentoring engineers, and supporting program execution and proposal development. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused capabilities.
