As a Lead RF Design Engineer, you will be directly supporting new product development for mission-critical hardware in a collaborative engineering environment focused on innovation, rapid development, and precision execution.\nEssential Functions:\nDesigning, implementing, and testing RF CCAs for military airborne applications.\nLead schematic design, component selection, and PCB Layout.\nDevelop and refine system-level RF architectures that meet demanding environmental, performance, and reliability requirements\nCreate detailed technical documentation including requirements, design reports, test procedures, and verification artifacts consistent with L3Harris engineering standards.\nCollaborate closely with systems engineering, mechanical engineering, firmware, antenna engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient production.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. \nPreferred Additional Skills:\nStrong Schematic and PCB layout experience using Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent software.\nUnderstanding of RF/Digital CCA design and manufacturing\nHands on experience with Vector Network Analyzer calibration and measurement.
