The incumbent acts as a business partner to various departments by providing advisory services tailored to their operational needs. Working closely with maintenance, operations, procurement teams, and external suppliers, the Maintenance Planner helps ensure process efficiency, effective priority management, and the implementation of solutions that support continuous operational improvement. Essential Functions: Define, document, and revise production and maintenance planning processes. Map and improve various business processes in collaboration with stakeholders from different departments. Anticipate future needs and make recommendations to management regarding upcoming improvement initiatives. Implement work tools that enhance planning processes. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure high performance standards
