The Manager, Industrial Security will ensure that program activities adhere to 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5105.21, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and all other applicable government regulations. This role requires a seasoned security professional with expertise across all industrial security disciplines. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker who can exercise independent judgment to manage project initiatives of substantial importance with minimal oversight or direction. The Manager, Industrial Security will manage risks, deliver security training, and align security solutions with business needs and goals. The individual will communicate with both inside and outside customers to explain and influence practices, processes and approaches, while ensuring security programs remain effective, compliant with all applicable government regulations and corporate security requirements.\nEssential Functions\nExecute daily security operations and ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).\nOversee access control to the compartmented areas within facilities.\nEstablish and implement standard practice and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and Program Implementation Plans as necessary for each secure environment.\nManage, conduct, and prepare for all required compliance inspections including but not limited to annual internal self-inspections, corporate inspections, and external customer/government inspections as required.\nMaintain DD-254s, accreditation letters, access rosters and other required paperwork.\nProvide security support for meetings and discussions with both internal and external customers and government representatives.\nMaintain data compliance in JADE, SIMs and other required systems of record.\nProvide support to other business unit security programs as needed.\nSupport off-hours program activity should the need arise.\nManage the establishment and maintenance of OSAs, SCIFs, and SAPFs.\nIdentify, investigate, manage and report security incidents and/or violations, and implement corrective measures.\nMaintain required DoD Top Secret security clearance.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree with 9 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience.
