Problems are typically solved by drawing from prior experiences, with analysis of the issues.\nEssential Functions:\nExperienced professional with proficient knowledge of job area and practical knowledge of project management.\nCommunicate with contacts inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.\nRecommends enhancements to systems and processes.\nWorks to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results.\nMay be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.\nMay be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.\nMay manage projects at this level with responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.\nHands-on experience with MS Office 365 is required.\nExperience with technical project and digital solutions leadership.\nKnowledge of data analytics and business intelligence.\nExperience with digital automation and systems integration.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
