The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing software solutions that contribute to the strategic objectives of our organization. This position involves working collaboratively within a dynamic environment to design, develop, and maintain software applications that are critical to our operations and customer satisfaction.\nEssential Functions:\nManage and lead a team (6 to 14) responsible for the design, development, integration, test, and sustainment of software products.\nEstablish team priorities, allocate resources, and ensure execution to cost, schedule, and technical objectives.\nProvide employee leadership including hiring, coaching, performance management, and development.\nPartner with cross-functional teams and program leadership to deliver compliant, high-quality software solutions.\nManage risks, staffing, technical issues, and process improvement activities across the software lifecycle.\nEnsure adherence to engineering processes, customer requirements, and applicable standards.\nPerform Control Account Manager (CAM) duties on program by participating in detail planning, monitoring and providing progress status, explaining variances, and ensuring the team delivers first time quality deliverables within budget and schedule.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree(Computer Science or Software Engineering) and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
