The manager oversees all technical activities with full accountability for scope, schedule adherence, labor forecasting, bidding, and lifecycle execution. As their leader, you will build and mentor the team and establish relationships with senior program and functional leaders to ensure systems engineering best practices are followed.\nEssential Functions:\nCommunicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches, particularly chief engineers, project engineers, and program managers.\nProficiency in engineering tools, requirements and task managagement.\nProvide input into new products/processes and implement operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results.\nCollaborate in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment.\nEstablish and maintain process, engineering standards, and contract fulfillment.\nOversee technical planning, design reviews, integration, and technical decision-making, and engaging in day-to-day program execution as warranted.\nForecast Systems Engineering Manpower needs based on Program and Potential demand forecast;
