In this fully proficient role, you will use your technical experience to support the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and completed systems. You will also work with sophisticated software tools to collect and analyze operating data and make on-line adjustments to equipment and processes.\nWorking under limited supervision, you will apply judgment to moderately difficult assignments and may serve as a resource to other technicians. This position is ideal for individuals who are skilled in hands-on manufacturing and are ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.\nEssential Functions\nPerform setup, assembly, rework, troubleshooting, and testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies in accordance with established work instructions and quality standards.\nUse advanced software tools to collect and evaluate operating data and make adjustments to products or equipment.\nAssist in developing manufacturing methods and procedures to improve quality and efficiency.\nResolve issues that arise during routine production activities, applying judgment to moderately difficult problems.\nServe as a resource for teammates by sharing expertise in specialized areas.\nRequired Qualifications (one of the following):\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience\n2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills\nFully proficient technical skills with the ability to work under limited supervision.\nAbility to follow established processes and resolve most production-related issues.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.\nExperience with troubleshooting complex mechanical or electronic assemblies.\nAbility to mentor junior technicians or serve as a subject-matter resource.\nFamiliarity with continuous-improvement methods or process optimization.\nComfortable working with technical
