The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced development environment, demonstrating flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail while maintaining an organized workspace and managing materials with care.\nEssential Functions:\nPerforms circuit card assembly operations on a variety of electronic products, ensuring compliance with required performance specifications and applicable workmanship standards\nPerforms hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components, operates surface mount machines, and executes conformal coating, rework, and touch-up using standard assembly tools and equipment\nWorks from oral and written instructions, engineering drawings, and blueprints to support surface mount and through-hole circuit card assemblies\nDocuments assembly data, build results, and nonconforming or failed product records\nCollaborates with engineering to identify and resolve design or manufacturability concerns\nPerforms detailed inspection and assembly work under magnification for extended periods\nMaintains an organized lab workspace and manages materials and components with care\nSupports overtime as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs\nCompletes required COMSEC training\nObtains and maintains IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and Space Addendum certifications\nAbility to obtain a security clearance as required\nRequired Qualifications (one of the following):\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience\n2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general personal computing\nProficient in multiple electronics manufacturing processes, including soldering, hand tool use, and ESD handling practices\nExperience with surface mount technology and associated
