Typical duties may include cable/harness assembly, hand soldering, mechanical assembly, inspection, electronic console assembly, electronic system assembly, point-to-point wiring.\nEssential Functions\nAbility to read, understand, and interpret electronic and mechanical diagrams and assembly instructions. \nAble to obtain IPC-620 and/or J Standard 001 certifications \nDemonstrated aptitude for cable/harness mechanical assembly \nAbility to tolerate exposure to solder paste, flux, and solder fumes. \nMust be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. \nMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance \nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. \nMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance \nStrong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. \nGood problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot wire issues. \nGood communication and teamwork skills. \nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. \nBasic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation. \nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExperience in mechanical assembly, hand soldering, and self-inspection \nIPC-610 certifications \nOne (1) or more years of experience in high tech electronics environment \nOne (1) or more years of experience in manufacturing \nCompletion of a certified technical school training \nFamiliar with building rack/cabinet/console assembly. \nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary for this role is $27.34. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
