Key functions will include monitoring program performance, managing the program’s schedule and milestones, providing guidance to the program’s integrated product teams (IPTs), coordinating with functional offices to ensure program compliance and to enable program support, leading program proposal efforts, and managing reporting requirements. A background with experience leading development programs with cross-functional teams is preferred for this position.\nEssential Functions:\nDemonstrate strong team building, leadership, and communication skills to build relationships with teams, customers, peers, and leadership\nMonitor the program's performance as well as support the program's schedule and completion of key milestones\nRun key program-level meetings and provide guidance to the program’s team leads\nSupport the program’s Earned Value Management (EVM) approach, monitor the program’s budget, and support the completion of financial analysis, projections, and reports\nManage the program's risks and opportunities and lead the program’s change management processes\nCoordinate with other programs/offices to resolve dependencies/reduce program risks\nCoordinate with support and functional offices to ensure program compliance as well as enable program support to include supply chain, finance, contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, facilities, and security\nLead program proposal efforts\nEnsure that the program complies with L3Harris policies and lead the program’s preparation for compliance audits\nManage program reporting requirements to include contract data requirements list (CDRL) submissions, Monthly Operations Reviews (MORs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs)\nInform L3Harris leaders and Government stakeholders of the program’s status and related issues to both resolve problems and ensure program success\nQualifications:\nActive Top Secret Security Clearance\nBachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nAbility to communicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approaches\nAbility to make significant improvements in processes, systems, or products\nAbility to provide input into new products/processes and implement operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results\nAvailability for travel in support of program activities (up to 20% of the time)\nActive Top Secret/SCI Clearance\nExperience managing programs with DoD or Intelligence Community Organizations\nExperience in managing agile ceremonies\nDeep Knowledge of Earned Value Management\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Virginia - Greater D.C. area is $153,000-$284,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state is $133,000-$247,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
