This customer-facing leader is accountable for program cost, schedule, technical performance, revenue, profitability, and cash flow from pursuit through delivery. The role leads cross-functional teams, builds strong customer relationships, directs proposals and contract activities, and develops strategies aligned with customer roadmaps to deliver innovative solutions and expand the business.\nEssential Functions:\nMaintain an integrated master schedule, managing development and test to a technical baseline, and maintain an active and proactive risk management program\nManage portfolio/programs, to potentially include IRADs/CRADs/proposals of at least $25M/year, delivering technical and financial performance measured against cost and schedule indicators\nOperate in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment to align future program roadmap with customer objectives and mission outcomes\nWork with customers to determine requirements and new business opportunities; direct the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, and specifications to meet those needs\nDrive program strategy and growth plans; support capture management efforts of additional scope and support technology roadmap and investment plans\nResponsible for budget management and financial execution of programs; ensure programs are executing within compliance with specifications, performance requirements, schedules, cost commitments, and internal policies and procedures\nMaintain active communication with key stakeholders (internal and external, including customers and vendors)\nImplement strategic goals in alignment with Business Area/Division roadmap\nPartner with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing functions to nurture productive relations, collect appropriate market and customer intelligence, and formulate strategies in pursuit, sales, and marketing campaigns\nDrive high levels of engagement on the program to ensure quality deliverables, efficient execution, and retention of key personnel\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nCurrent Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance\nBachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of program/project management experience;
