L3 Harris MAS is looking to hire a Program Management Specialist / Scheduler as a key member of the Program Management team.\nEssential Functions: \nReporting to the Program/Proposal Manager, your role will be to carry out the overall planning of the program activities to ensure optimal management of resources and to meet customer requirements and to support the Program Management Office (PMO) Manager and Program team with the implementation of process improvements and monitoring/support. As part of your duties, you will be responsible to ensure major program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups and partner.\nIn close collaboration with the Program/Proposal team members, you will be responsible to:\nUnderstand the Statement Of Work (SOW), requirements and contractual obligations;\nSupport the definition of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and WBS dictionary;\nDevelop and maintain the integrated master schedule and program budget;\nOptimize plans and schedules, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts, resource leveling, etc. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques;\nSupport risk identification, analysis and associated mitigation plan;\nAssist the Program/Proposal Manager with scope (requirements) changes and related schedule impacts;\nLead and facilitate internal team meetings and work sessions;\nEnsure the management of conflicting priorities;\nSupport the PMO Manager with implementing Program process improvements and changes;\nProvide support to the Program team with the Program Processes and tools.\nQualifications: \nBachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related field required;\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in program scheduling or relevant experience;\nAdvance level with MS Project and Excel;\nKnowledge of SAP’s PS (Project System) module is an asset;\nKnowledge and/or experience with Earned Value Management;\nExcellent communication skills in both French and English;\nPlanning, analytical, and decision making skills; \nInterpersonal skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively balance priorities; \nAutonomous, exercise good judgment, reliable.\nEligibility Criteria:\nMust be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;\nMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance;\nMust be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).\nL3Harris is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to treating all of its employees and job applicants with respect and dignity and to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination.
