The successful candidate must be capable of managing moderate project initiatives, of substantial importance to the organization, with minimal oversight or direction.\nThe responsibilities of this role includes; driving offset and supply programs execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. Works with Sales/customers/International Representatives to determine/identify needs, requirements and new opportunities. Directs the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of offset related contracts. Ensures that all resources such as engineering staffing, production and facilities are available to support the program.\nEssential Functions:\n\nExperience with offset\nExperience managing Transfers of Technology/Production/Know-how\nExperience managing budgets\nNegotiating and managing subcontracts\nManaging program risk\nReporting progress and financial metrics to regional lead/director\nUnderstanding of international shipping terms and ITAR export control regulations\nQualifications:\n\nBS/BA required or equivalent military experience and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience\nFamiliarity with reporting corporate financial metrics\nExperience with scheduling projects\nExperience working with international customers\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously\nPreferred Additional Skills:\n\nMaster’s degree, MBA preferred\nDefense industry experience desired\nPMP Certification desired\nFamiliarity with Defense and Aerospace industry preferred\nExperience with Manufacturing/Production/Assembly line and Test Factory Operations.\nUnderstanding of Supply Chain management processes and procedures\nExperience with LIII and Depot level maintenance workshop management.\nExperience coordinating and managing Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Surveys, Site Acceptance Tests, Transfer of Production/Technology projects, complex installations, complex sustainment programs. \n4 years direct customer interface experience desired\n4 years of experience managing
