The successful candidate must be capable of managing moderate project initiatives, of substantial importance to the organization, with minimal oversight or direction. The responsibilities of this role includes; driving offset and supply programs execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. Works with Sales/customers/International Representatives to determine/identify needs, requirements and new opportunities. Directs the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of offset related contracts.
