L3Harris MAS is looking to fill a Program Manager position, as a key member of the Program Management team to successfully deliver a new maintenance and material management Program.\nEssential Functions: \nYou will be responsible for the provision of all products and services under the contract. More specifically, you will provide leadership and positive influence and work collaboratively with the Customer and other internal and external stakeholders to identify projects’ scope, timelines and resources, determine and propose solutions, and deliver the products and services as agreed under the Contract.\nYou will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the Program including the participation in the negotiation of Contract and Contract changes, coordination of the preparation of proposals, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, budgets and terms & conditions with the customer.\nPrimary point of contact for all matters on the Program.\nWorks closely with the customer as part of Program management team and various Integrated Project Teams (IPTs).\nEffectively applies proven skills in project planning and control, contract management, customer relationship management, and budget management.\nIdentifies any shortfalls in resources or skill sets, or other challenges within the Program, and determines/proposes solutions.\nSupervises the MAS Program team assigned to the Program.\nResponsible for the performance of all projects under Contract in terms of costs, quality, and schedule for the client.\nIdentifies new business opportunities with the client, negotiates agreements and, if required, resolves potentially litigious situations with the support of Contract personnel.\nEnsures the profitability of the Program in view of MAS values and other conflicting priorities.\nDirects management personnel and specialized professionals, fosters the development, evaluates the performance of team members, conveys and communicates corporate values within the department.\nChairs and facilitates various meetings and work sessions in order to review the progress of work, manage risks, solve problems, and manage potential conflicts with project team members or with the client.\nManages relations with the customer and with all stakeholders within a matrix organization. \nQualifications: \n10+ years of experience in project/program management, of which 5+ years are in a large-scale military program.\nUniversity degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant fields.\nPMP certified and/or holds a Master Degree in Project Management.\nPersonnel management experience is required.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.\nDeep knowledge of the Program management best practices.\nDemonstrated ability to think strategically. Big picture vision.\nStrong analytical, organizational and change management skills including the ability to organize/optimize team structures. Ability to organize complex issues and situations in clear concise and simple models.\nTeam building / Communication skills including effective writing, briefing and ability to motivate.\nConsensus building, issue resolution/problem solving skills, conflict resolution, facilitation and negotiation skills.\nPro-active, demonstrates enthusiasm, strong leadership and ability to influence.\nRespond positively to pressure. \nDedication, commitment and judgment.
