The PE will be allocated to various minor projects with the responsibility for mentoring the engineering team allocated to the specific projects under their control to ensure the successful delivery of the engineering program for each project.\nWhat the role will involve\nManage the engineering body of work through implementation of project governance and management tools and approaches.\nOversee the successful and timely delivery of the allocated project engineering requirements in accordance with the relevant Project Contract and agreed Statement of Work.\nEnsure the project engineering effort is executed in accordance with the relevant project documentation, engineering governance requirements and Company policies and procedures.\nPlan the project’s engineering effort and monitor progress during execution including resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.\nEnsure that project engineering deliverables are to the appropriate levels of quality.\nParticipate in the technical interactions with the Customer.\nDevelop, oversee and coordinate the cost/schedule/technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects within the program guidelines set by the business and customer.\nReview the status of engineering projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.\nAssess engineering issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.\nIdentify, track, mitigate, manage, and disposition project-level risks.\nEstimate resource and material needs for the project/product.\nProvide coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are received.\nProvide the coordination between technical and supply chain teams to ensure all necessary material and subcontracts are received when needed.\nWhat do we need\nEngineering Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
