This role supports product quality and compliance by working across teams to identify, document, and resolve issues.\nThis position is located in Palm Bay, FL: https://careers.l3harris.com/en/florida\nEssential Functions:\nPerform inspections, tests, analyses, and audits of complex products, processes, and supplier parts, including satellite reflectors, electrical components, precision mechanical hardware, software, test equipment, and integrated systems.\nSupport inspection and approval of rework and repair for subassemblies and system-level platforms.\nCollaborate with Quality Engineers to develop inspection methods, requirements, and quality plans.\nReview defect data, identify trends, and support process improvement efforts.\nInterface with customer representatives as needed.\nMay work at heights up to approximately 32 feet using scissor or articulating lifts.\nTravel occasionally for source inspections or program support.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience .\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nAbility to obtain Clearance (TS/SCI with CI Polygraph)\nExperience interpreting 2D drawings and applying GD&T.\nExperience with PWB/CCA, electrical, and mechanical inspections.\nExperience inspecting electrical and fiber optic assemblies.\nIPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.\nASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) preferred.\nFamiliarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001.\nExperience using basic metrology equipment such as calipers and pin gages.\nStrong communication, technical writing, and reporting skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft
