The ideal candidate will have experience in Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) activities such as Requirements Development/Derivation, Test Documentation (Plans, Procedures, Reports), Test Execution, System Troubleshooting, and Defect Tracking/Resolution.\nEssential Functions:\nExecute and assist in developing detailed test plans, procedures and cases based on system requirements.\nIdentify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects through resolution.\nPerform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance/functionality meets the high standards required for L3Harris operations.\nCommunicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify L3Harris engineering processes.\nCollaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers and senior Integration & Test Engineers to identify system requirements for Validation & Verification, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.\nParticipate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology and potential problems.\nAnalyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development and test teams.\nAssist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML.\nAssist in the creation and maintenance of the Test Automation suite.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. \nU.S. DoW Secret security clearance.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nActive Security+ CE certification\nBasic knowledge of the Space Domain Awareness enterprise and engineering efforts.\nFamiliarity with MBSE/MBT/SysML\nFamiliarity with Eggplant or similar testing tools\nFamiliarity with Jira/Confluence (or equivalent)\nFamiliarity with Scaled Agile Framework & DevSecOps methodology\nFamiliarity withJava and C++ application software\nProficiency in Linux\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state is $67,000 - $124,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
