Solutions are often derived from prior experiences and involve analysis of the issues.\nEssential Functions:\nUtilize proficient knowledge of the job area and practical knowledge of project management.\nManage projects or processes with general supervision.\nCommunicate with contacts inside and outside of the department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.\nRecommend enhancements to systems and processes.\nWork to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results.\nOperate under general supervision and may be responsible for entire projects or processes within the job area.\nProvide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.\nManage projects at this level with responsibility for delegating work and reviewing others' work products.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
