You will be responsible for designing the software per requirement documents and system level design documents. experience.\nEssential Functions:\nApply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis concepts and principles in the development of software for the targeted platform\nProficient in C++ and/or C#\nWork closely with cross functional members of the engineering organization to develop and evaluate interfaces and applications between hardware, firmware and software, and operational performance requirements and design of the overall system\nInvestigate root-cause of complex issues, and implement solutions, working independently or with a multi-discipline team\nSupport and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, hardware-software integration, and formal test\nDevelop software test plans and procedures, and other relevant technical documentation\nUtilize modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, prototype, and evaluate results\nParticipate in peer reviews, identify, track and repair defects\nQualifications:\nActive US Secret Clearance required\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in computer/software engineering field, or a Graduate degree with 0-2 years of related experience or, in lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience.\nMinimum of 2 years C++ or C# development in a professional environment\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExperience with Modern C++, C#\nExperience with Python and bash\nExperience with Agile Scrum/Kanban development processes
