Overall knowledge of Public safety mobile broadband networks and devices (LTE).\nA knowledge of both public and private communications systems (e.g. APCO P25, DMR, Tetra, LTE, 802.11, 3G/4G) is highly desirable.\nExperience in design of IP networks, RF antenna systems, two-way radio systems, microwave systems, wireless data systems, data networking, as well as system configuration is desired.\nKnowledge of RF coverage predictions, including coverage analysis, frequency reuse, traffic/capacity modeling.\nGood communications skills. Good written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as good presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences in English (any additional language is a plus). \nShould possess good interpersonal skills and have demonstrated the capacity to effectively foster team building within and beyond his/her work group. \nPresentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $80,500 - $149,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $70,500 - $130,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
