Teams operate within an Earned Value Management System (EVMS), providing accurate, timely, and complete information to our customers. We are seeking a proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can partner effectively with Program Management, Engineering, and other key stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Successful individuals will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This role also offers opportunities to build leadership capabilities as a key business partner across the organization.\nEssential Functions:\nMonitor and interpret program financial performance, providing early identification of potential issues, assessing risks, and recommending corrective actions.\nLead the development and management of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules; ensure Earned Value (EV) compliance, reporting accuracy, and ongoing cost/schedule integration.\nExecute budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, internal and external financial reporting, and risk management activities.\nPrepare quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs); support accurate development of Estimate to Complete (ETC), EAC, and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) projections.\nSupport or lead financial analysts in establishing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and charge number setups.\nGuide financial analysts in monitoring labor and non-labor costs to ensure expenditures remain within budget and are appropriately charged.\nSupport or lead workforce planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.\nExtract, reconcile, and validate accounting data to ensure financial integrity.\nProduce required program financial artifacts including EV reports, graphical analyses, and customer deliverables.\nDevelop and present financial status briefings to customers and internal leadership.\nGuide Program Managers (PMs) and Control Account Managers (CAMs) on cost and schedule performance reporting processes.\nProvide guidance, coaching, and professional development support to junior finance team members.\nCommunicate effectively across the organization, influencing changes to financial practices and processes.\nRecommend and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance and reporting.\nPerform ad-hoc analyses, data validation, and other financial integrity reviews as required.\nMaintain working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).\nMentor junior analysts in conducting detailed investigations and identifying root causes of financial discrepancies.\nAbility to obtain a US Security Clearance.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant financial analysis experience. Graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
