Since its inception, L3Harris has continuously iterated upon our Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS) technology and successfully exported and delivered the system to over 300 vessels across 27 navies worldwide. Together, we are powering the Royal Navy’s adoption of autonomous surface vehicle technology as well as delivering autonomous capability to UK ports, harbours and offshore energy service providers.\nThis role is for a Senior Program Scheduler. This person will be a direct employee working on programs within the Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) segment, Maritime division reporting to a Manager, Program Scheduler. In this role, the Senior Program Scheduler will manage complex projects or processes. The individual will communicate within and outside of their own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. This individual will make improvements to systems and processes, as well as contribute to the achievements of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.\nA analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.\nEnsures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.\nTracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.\nUtilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.\nEnsures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.\nMay lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.\nWhat you’ll bring\nThe role requires the following experience and skills:\nRequires strong knowledge of program planning and scheduling.\nRequires strong knowledge of Microsoft Project.\nRequires Earned Value Management experience.\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior
