This position will be based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The IPT Lead will provide senior technical leadership for the development and design of critical components for Phase 2 of the NGJ program. This role is responsible and accountable for technical, cost, and schedule performance of their assigned IPT and for close coordination with program, Chief Engineering, and executive leadership to ensure successful execution in a complex Electronic Warfare environment.\nEssential Functions:\nStrategic Technical Leadership:\nLead IPT technical direction, architecture, integration strategy, and technical risk reduction.\nDefine scope, interfaces, and execution priorities across the IPT and align them with program objectives.\nBrief senior leadership and customers on technical status, risks, and opportunities.\nProgram Execution and Management:\nOwn cost, schedule, and technical performance for their IPT using EVMS, IMS, and related program management tools.\nLead cross-functional engineering execution through development, build, integration, test, and issue resolution.\nEnsure compliance with customer requirements and program standards.\nTechnical Project Management:\nLead design reviews, milestone reviews, technical meetings, and execution planning activities.\nProvide technical oversight for build and test, system integration, verification, qualification, and deployment.\nDevelop and maintain key technical documentation, plans, and roadmaps.\nTeam Leadership and Resource Management:\nAllocate resources and ensure the IPT is staffed to meet technical and delivery commitments.\nDrive alignment across engineering disciplines, partner IPTs, and program leadership.\nFoster strong team performance, accountability, and collaboration.\nAdditional Requirements:\nThis role is 100% on-site in Salt Lake City due to the need for close coordination with engineering, build, integration, and test teams.\nWillingness to travel occasionally, up to 35%.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
