In this role, individuals will push the art of possible brining new technologies into use for ground and space-based applications. Solutions will range across domain requiring a strong knowledge of analog, digital, and power circuit design.\nOur Spectral Solutions business area serves a broad array of government, civil and commercial customers by enhancing information superiority, contributing to our national security and providing actionable data for the protection of property and human life. We specialize in high-reliability space-based remote sensing end-to-end systems that offer active and motion imaging and data processing, exploitation and dissemination. We also provide solutions that map and monitor the earth for a variety of commercial and governmental users.\nEssential Functions:\nLead and own the design of a circuit card assembly.\nDesign of digital, analog, and power circuits.\nPerform circuit analysis for Beginning of Life and End of Life applications.\nPerform schematic capture.\nEvaluate EMI, Signal Integrity, and IR drop impacts on signals.\nProvide input and maintain circuit cards specification and requirements.\nEvaluate and select key materials and components for the design environment\nReview and provide feedback on drawings\nLead small teams through product life-cycle\nAbility to obtain a US Security Clearance\nQualifications:\nBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExperience designing in a space environment.\nHold a current security Clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance\nSchematic entry, simulation, and analysis of power, analog, and digital circuits.\nExperience in one or more of the following: Precision analog design, power supply design, stability analysis, noise analysis, FPGA interfaces, signal integrity\nExperience performing worst-case analysis on analog, digital, and power circuits.\nExperience writing performance specifications.\nParticipate and contribute in technical reviews.\nExperience with SPICE, MathCAD, Matlab, Simulink, Allegro, Xpedition, and MentorGraphics tools\nExperience performing Worst Case analysis\nExperience leading teams and project designs\nTrade study execution and ownership\nProblem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome difficult technical challenges.\nDetail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong technical skills with the ability to read schematics and understand the function\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.\nProvide mentorship to early career
