In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. \nPreferred Additional Skills:\nBachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics or related engineering/scientific discipline\nMaster of Science degree\nExperience learning and adapting to changing technologies, tools, requirements, and methodologies.\nProficiency in DC to DC converter and other Power converter design and development.\nProficiency in power, analog, digital, and mixed signal circuit design and development\nProficiency in simulation tools such as LT/PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent.\nProficiency with PCB design software like Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent.\nProficiency in the use of laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, electronic loads, etc.) for debugging and testing circuits.\nExperience overseeing circuit board layout.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of Washington is $106,500 - $197,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
