Candidates will work closely with Systems and Software Engineering, CAD, Components Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure circuit card designs meet all requirements and are producible.\nEssential Functions:\nAs a Senior Hardware Engineer supporting the Tactical Data Links line of business within our Spectrum Superiority business segment, you'll have the opportunity to:\nParticipate in system requirements definition\nLead and participate in high-level design and low-level design workflows\nDevelop schematics and work in close collaboration with CAD Engineering team\nProduce and test design deliverables such as Circuit Card Assemblies in RF, Digital and mixed signal applications\nCreate Bill of Materials and work with Planning and Supply Chain for part procurement\nWork closely with Component Engineering for part creation on new designs as well as for sustaining of current products\nProduce program deliverables and develop design-level documentation\nAbility to obtain and maintain a United States Secret Clearance\nRequired Qualifications (one of the following):\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering or related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.\nGraduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.\nIn lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nDemonstrated proficiency with design tools and processes for Schematic Capture, CAD, SPICE, ADS, Hyperlynx, MATLAB, Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus, and/or Modelsim/Questa\nStrong background in Digital, RF, Analog circuit design principles, DSP, Programmable Logic and/or FPGA\nKnowledge and/or experience with VHDL, Verilog, Power, Analog, Antennas, Controls, RF, Modem, EDA, DSP, MATLAB, Communication Systems, Aerospace industry\nWork and/or project experience in any of the following: Digital, Analog, or RF circuit design, Communications, Digital Signal Processing, Programmable Logic\nExcellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines\nFamiliarity with various computing environments (LINUX/Windows)\nSelf-starter, collaborative, and independent\nIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $106,500 - $197,500.
