The Field Engineer supports regular, special, and integrated system test activities, including scenario-based testing, developmental testing, and operational testing at company and customer locations.\nThe Field Engineer serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), representing user requirements within the Agile/Scrum software development cycle, and maintains the organization’s reputation through effective customer engagement and technical expertise. The Senior Specialist Field Engineer is a highly skilled and experienced individual contributor who works autonomously on complex assignments to achieve operational objectives and support team success.\nEssential Functions:\nThis FSR will support the Products division in multiple roles:\nProvide on-site support for the installation, integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cUAS systems.\nConduct system testing, diagnostics, and repair activities to ensure optimal system performance.\nDeliver comprehensive training to end users and operators on the proper use, operation, and maintenance of cUAS equipment.\nCollaborate with engineering, logistics, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement of cUAS systems.\nMaintain current knowledge of cUAS technology developments, field support methods, and industry best practices.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable safety, security, quality, and operational procedures.\nPrepare service reports, maintenance records, test documentation, and customer support summaries as required.\nSupport fielding, acceptance testing, demonstrations, and sustainment activities as needed.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; or\nGraduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; or\nIn lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.\nAbility to obtain and maintain any required national security, customer, or site access authorization, as applicable.\nMinimum 3 years of experience with:\ncUAS technologies or similar defense/security systems\nDiagnostic tools and test equipment\nMilitary standards and technical documentation\nAssisting in the development of test cases to validate software features\nDiagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, operators, and internal team members.\nExperience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, surveillance systems, or integrated sensor platforms.\nTwo or more years of experience troubleshooting technical and/or software products.\nRelevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, or equivalent.\nPrevious experience in field service, military support, or deployment-based technical support environments.\nAbility to work independently in austere, remote, or customer-directed environments.\nThe salary range for this position is from 7,000to 12,500PLN gross per month.\nStanowisko: Starszy Specjalista ds. złożonych problemów technicznych oraz ciągłego doskonalenia systemów cUAS.\nUtrzymywanie aktualnej wiedzy na temat rozwoju technologii cUAS, metod wsparcia terenowego oraz najlepszych praktyk branżowych.\nZapewnienie zgodności ze wszystkimi obowiązującymi procedurami dotyczącymi bezpieczeństwa, ochrony, jakości oraz działań operacyjnych.\nPrzygotowywanie raportów serwisowych, dokumentacji
