Weekly/daily work hours may be flexed to attend required meetings across different time zones.\nJob Description:\nThe Senior Specialist, Program Management/Site Lead provides leadership to a multidisciplinary, cross-functional team through direct management and indirect influence, ensuring that L3Harris meets contractual requirements for the assigned site. This position requires relocation to Adelaide, Australia, for the duration of the contract.\nEssential Functions:\nEnsure site personnel and materials are effectively allocated to support the customer and end user, as applicable, and meet contractual requirements.\nCoordinate with geographically dispersed program and functional managers to ensure the site has the skills, staffing, and materials required by the contract or project.\nCoordinate with the Program Manager and Business Accounting to develop accurate monthly financial forecasts.\nExecute site activities and manage monthly expenditures within approved forecasts.\nAdvise Program Management Office (PMO) leadership of conditions or issues that deviate from the plan.\nCollaborate with the U.S. Air Force (USAF) representative, foreign military customer and end user, L3Harris field team, foreign industry subcontractor site leads, and L3Harris Program Office leadership to optimize program operations.\nServe as the primary site point of contact and liaison between these stakeholders and the L3Harris Program Office.\nCommunicate with customers and end users to understand their concerns, operational issues, and problem areas.\nApply critical thinking, experience, and expertise to develop solutions collaboratively, establish implementation plans, and execute those plans to resolve problems.\nMentor direct reports and collaborate with functional management to support team development.\nCoordinate country-entry requirements and base, flightline, and work-center access for site personnel and visiting PMO employees, as required.\nDemonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct in all communications and activities.\nMonitor the performance of foreign industry subcontractors and vendors supporting the program.\nAnalyze gaps between contracted requirements and desired outcomes, and recommend appropriate statement-of-work (SOW) changes to PMO leadership.\nSubmit required subcontract data requirements list (SDRL) and contract data requirements list (CDRL) deliverables, program reports, and other documents by assigned deadlines.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHold an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain a Top-Secret clearance and Sensitive Compartmented Information access (TS/SCI).\nRequires strong knowledge of job area. Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
