This role supports program planning activities and facilitates the integration of inputs across all program areas. The successful candidate will collaborate with all elements of the program team to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure alignment with program objectives.\nEssential Functions:\nDevelop, maintain, and coordinate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program objectives and contractual requirements.\nPerform detailed schedule analysis for assigned programs or projects, ensuring integration across all functional groups, including finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality.\nUtilize Gantt charts, milestone charts, critical and driving path analysis, earned value management, and other project management techniques to monitor progress and identify performance variances, enabling timely intervention on critical issues.\nEnsure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.\nLead and participate in scheduling status reviews and provide regular updates to program leadership.\nCollaborate with the Program Management Office to develop and maintain IMS, including standard phases, gates, contract data requirements, and resource loading, for both development and production programs.\nAnalyze program schedules to assess resource needs, schedule status, architecture, critical path, variance, network logic, and baseline maintenance across the enterprise.\nCoordinate with cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) members in the development, maintenance, and analysis of work package schedules.\nProvide insights into program scheduling trends and best practices to assist program teams in developing achievable schedules.\nPerform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) on key programs as part of standard work processes.\nManage risk and opportunity within the IMS, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of schedule risks.\nSupport multiple programs of varying complexity simultaneously.\nDrive process improvements to achieve program goals and enhance scheduling practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
