This role requires subject matter expertise in the avionics systems of the Gulfstream G550, Bombardier Global 6500 and other aircraft platforms. The candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with exceptional instructional skills to ensure training programs meet regulatory requirements, manufacturer standards, and organizational objectives. Possible travel to austere locations to support aircraft maintenance operations and other duties as assigned.\n\nEssential Functions:\nConduct training sessions in classroom, simulator, and aircraft environments.\nTeach students the theory, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various avionics and mission systems.\nCollaborate with engineering teams, relevant team members, and customer representatives to define curriculum and courseware priorities.\nDevelop and deliver training materials based on engineering documentation, field service requirements, and vendor specifications.\nCoordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure training content reflects current approved data.\nWillingness and ability to maintain flexibility in work schedule, including the possibility of extended hours.\n10% travel required.\nAbility to obtain a US TS/SCI security clearance.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
