Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets.\nEssential Functions:\nCommunicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.\nConduct daily safety walks of areas.\nManage the job functions for each team member and program.\nPlan the production for each week.\nAddress all issues reviewed with team.\nApprove team member’s time.\nReview metrics for improvements.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant Operations Management experience.\nIn lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related Management experience.\n\nPreferred Additional Skills:\nExceptional problem-solving skills\nStrong experience implementing a metric driven approach across all Operations functions\nProven ability to identify performance issues and implement the necessary changes in a timely and effective manner\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment\nAn effective communicator at all levels of the organization\nExceptional communication and presentation skills\nDemonstrated ability to build stable, effective teams and create followership\n\nPlease be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
