They will communicate and interface with company leaders, peers, direct reports and customers (internal and external). Responsible and accountable for applying quality principles, technical knowledge and continuous improvement philosophies. Leading and supporting the daily activities within the Quality Inspection team. Cultivating a culture of quality both within the team and across the site. Assist in maintaining quality and mission assurance strategies to assure quality products meet customer requirements at the lowest cost.\n\nEssential Functions:\nSupervises individual(s) typically consisting of support level employees.\nProvides day-to-day work direction for direct report(s), focuses on maintaining steady workflow and productivity and resolving operational decisions.\nReviews inspection, production schedules and manpower resources.\nAssigns and manages employees to maximize inspection objectives\nParticipates in establishing and modifying inspection methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures.\nMaintains reports, records and inspection documents.\nEstablishes training plans.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Supervisor experience.
