This role leads cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making for missile systems development and operations. Responsibilities include data warehouse governance, data quality, data security, access provisioning, and the development of scalable data architectures. The successful candidate will collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate reporting and visualization needs into actionable data models and pipelines, supporting continuous improvement and organizational insight.\nEssential Functions\nAssist with the development, design, and maintenance of data warehouses and transformational tools to enable actionable business insights.\nDesign, build, and manage data pipelines, including transformation mapping, data flow diagrams, and metadata collection, to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and security.\nDocument and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models and metadata solutions to support effective data usage.\nDesign and maintain data ontologies that accurately represent business entities and relationships to support advanced analytics.\nParticipate in planning sessions to improve business processes, prioritize data investments, and translate strategies into integration frameworks and user-facing applications.\nContribute to methodologies and governance for extracting, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data from systems such as Snowflake and Palantir Foundry.\nCoordinate cross-functionally with IT and Data Analytics teams to optimize resources, align initiatives, and maintain documentation including pipeline specifications, schemas, and user guides.\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree with 4 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.\nPreferred Skills\nPalantir Foundry Expertise\nExperience building and managing datasets, objects, pipelines, and transforms in Foundry.\nExperience designing and implementing ontologies in Foundry.\nExperience creating Foundry applications and workshops for end users.\nExperience with Foundry code repositories (Python, SQL, TypeScript).\nTechnical Skills\n2+ years of experience with ETL/ELT patterns, data storage, and data modeling using Foundry Pipeline Builder and/or Python.\n2+ years of experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.\nExperience working with Palantir Foundry in a data warehouse environment.\nFamiliarity with role-based access control, principle of least privilege, and segregation of sensitive data.\nProfessional Skills\nAbility to adapt to evolving technologies and alternate solutions.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, customer focus, and interpersonal effectiveness.\nAbility to translate data requirements into user-oriented solutions using established procedures and basic analytical methods.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal oversight.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.\nDemonstrated ability to solve complex problems, conduct research, and implement effective
